We collect information you give us and information created when you use Note Swift:

• Account details, such as name, phone number, email, class and school.
• Learning activity, such as lessons watched, tests taken, scores and progress.
• Messages, such as questions you ask teachers or SikAI, and support requests.
• Device information, such as device type, app version and basic usage data needed to keep the service working.

This public website does not require an account and does not process payments.

• To provide lessons, tests, live classes and SikAI.
• To personalise learning recommendations.
• To support schools you are enrolled with, where applicable.
• To respond to support requests and improve Note Swift.
• To send important service updates.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run Note Swift (such as hosting and payment partners), with your school where you are enrolled through a school partnership, with a linked parent or guardian account, or when required by law.

Many of our learners are under 18. We collect only what we need to provide the service, and we encourage parents and guardians to be involved in their child's use of Note Swift, including through the parent portal.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, and keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your account information by contacting us. Some information may be kept where required by law.
